Any delays or variations to these times must be agreed upon with the owner.<br \/>\nSmall pets are allowed.<\/p>\n<p><b>How to book<br \/>\n<\/b>Bookings can be made via e-mail or telephone.<br \/>\nIn order to secure your booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 7 days from the confirmation. Confirmation will be effected only when the whole of the deposit has been received.<br \/>\nThe balance must be paid within 15 days before your arrival.<br \/>\nFor late bookings made within 15 days before the start of the rental period full payment is required at the time of booking.<br \/>\nAt the time that you book, you accept these <b>terms and conditions.<br \/>\n<\/b>Clients are asked to send via email a copy of a valid ID (passport or identity card, ) of the people staying in the property&nbsp; for&nbsp;registration as required by Italian law<\/p>\n<p><b>Terms of payment<br \/>\n<\/b>Paypal: <a href=\"mailto:pagamento@residencesansalvatorepalinuro.com\">pagamento@residencesansalvatorepalinuro.com<br \/>\n<\/a>Wire transfer:<br \/>\nBanca Monte dei Paschi di Siena<br \/>\nIban: IT 62 M 01030 40260 000000613789<br \/>\nBIC &nbsp;(o swift) &nbsp;\u2013 PASCITMMSRR<br \/>\nAccount name: Antoma s.a.s. Di Imperatrice Maurizio &amp; C.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cancellation<br \/>\n<\/b>The cancellation of a booking on the part of the tenant has the following penalties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from 60day&nbsp; to 30 days prior your arrival no cancellation charges and the deposit will be returned<\/li>\n<li>from 30 days to the beginning of the stay the amount of cancellation charge is 50.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of cancellation of a booking, the tenant can request a changes to booking date subject to availability without cancellation charges.<br \/>\nNo refunds will be given if the tenant is unable to take up residence of the property on the expected day. The same rule applies to early departures.<\/p>\n<p><b>Obligations<br \/>\n<\/b>The guests agree to rent the apartments only for tourism purposes<br \/>\nOwner must be informed of and must approve any substitution or increase in the number of guests that may take place on the property during the stay.<br \/>\nProperties must be returned in good conditions in all parts and accessories, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed.<br \/>\nIn the event that the owner is forced to cancel the client\u2019s booking for reasons beyond his control or for reasons of force majeure, he will allocate, in agreement with the client, a new holiday home with the same requisites of the previously booked property.<\/p>\n<p><b>Silence time<br \/>\nSilence time<\/b> is from 14:00pm to 16:30pm and from midnight to 8:00am<br \/>\nDuring <b>silence time <\/b>is forbidden any activities that would disturb the other guests.<br \/>\n<b>It\u2019s forbidden:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>play ball<\/b> inside and outside the apartments<\/li>\n<li><b>collect and damage<\/b> flowers<b>Sorted waste collection<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Sorted waste collection<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The guests must dispose of waste from the apartments and in the evening insert them into appropriate receptacle located outside the apartments.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibility<br \/>\n<\/b>The owner is not liable for any inconvenience or damage caused to people and things or by external events not directly attributable to the property and not under the direct control of the owner himself such as, for example, disruptions to the electricity current.<\/p>\n<p><b>Security deposit<br \/>\n<\/b>On arrival at the house the client will pay the owner or his representative, when the keys are handed over, a security deposit of \u20ac 200,00. This deposit will be returned to the client at the time of departure, after checking the state of the property and after deduction for any damage caused.<\/p>\n<p><b>Processing of personal data<br \/>\n<\/b>Personal data and other elements acquired by us, including email address and telephone number, will be treated in compliance with Italian legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30\/06\/2003<\/p>\n<p><b>Complaints<br \/>\n<\/b>All the apartments are periodically examined. The description published have been written in good faith. The owners decline any liability for personal and\/or valuable items inside the property. Complaints must be lodged immediately. The Owner will endeavor to address the problems and resolve them to the satisfaction of the client. Complaints presented after the expiry of the rental period will not be taken into consideration.
