Terms and conditions

The Residence San Salvatore consists of 4 independent apartments and rental period is one week minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday.

It is possible to make adjustments regarding the day of arrival and departure but only and exclusively with the consent of the owner.
Check in is on Saturdays afternoon between 15:00pm and 20:00pm and check out is on Saturdays morning before 10.00am. Any delays or variations to these times must be agreed upon with the owner.
Small pets are allowed.

How to book
Bookings can be made via e-mail or telephone.
In order to secure your booking you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount within 7 days from the confirmation. Confirmation will be effected only when the whole of the deposit has been received.
The balance must be paid within 15 days before your arrival.
For late bookings made within 15 days before the start of the rental period full payment is required at the time of booking.
At the time that you book, you accept these terms and conditions.
Clients are asked to send via email a copy of a valid ID (passport or identity card, ) of the people staying in the property  for registration as required by Italian law

Cancellation
The cancellation of a booking on the part of the tenant has the following penalties:

  • from 60day  to 30 days prior your arrival no cancellation charges and the deposit will be returned
  • from 30 days to the beginning of the stay the amount of cancellation charge is 50.

In case of cancellation of a booking, the tenant can request a changes to booking date subject to availability without cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given if the tenant is unable to take up residence of the property on the expected day. The same rule applies to early departures.

Obligations
The guests agree to rent the apartments only for tourism purposes
Owner must be informed of and must approve any substitution or increase in the number of guests that may take place on the property during the stay.
Properties must be returned in good conditions in all parts and accessories, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed.
In the event that the owner is forced to cancel the client’s booking for reasons beyond his control or for reasons of force majeure, he will allocate, in agreement with the client, a new holiday home with the same requisites of the previously booked property.

Silence time
Silence time
is from 14:00pm to 16:30pm and from midnight to 8:00am
During silence time is forbidden any activities that would disturb the other guests.
It’s forbidden:

  • play ball inside and outside the apartments
  • collect and damage flowersSorted waste collection

Sorted waste collection

The guests must dispose of waste from the apartments and in the evening insert them into appropriate receptacle located outside the apartments.

Responsibility
The owner is not liable for any inconvenience or damage caused to people and things or by external events not directly attributable to the property and not under the direct control of the owner himself such as, for example, disruptions to the electricity current.

Security deposit
On arrival at the house the client will pay the owner or his representative, when the keys are handed over, a security deposit of € 200,00. This deposit will be returned to the client at the time of departure, after checking the state of the property and after deduction for any damage caused.

Processing of personal data
Personal data and other elements acquired by us, including email address and telephone number, will be treated in compliance with Italian legislative Decree no. 196 dated 30/06/2003

Complaints
All the apartments are periodically examined. The description published have been written in good faith. The owners decline any liability for personal and/or valuable items inside the property. Complaints must be lodged immediately. The Owner will endeavor to address the problems and resolve them to the satisfaction of the client. Complaints presented after the expiry of the rental period will not be taken into consideration. No form of refund will be given clients who decide to leave the reserved apartment early, in the absence of valid reasons or serious inconvenience.

Contention
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought into the court and justice of the peace of Vallo della Lucania.
