Prices include:
- Rental of one or more apartments
- Water, gas and electricity (up to 200kw/h per week)
- Weekly linen change
- Air conditioning
- Parking space not assigned
Prices don’t include
- Security deposit € 200,00 to be paid upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay less any deduction made for damage caused to the property.
- Tourist tax: from July to August tourist tax changes depending on the number of overnights and number of person:
In July the fee is 0,20 Euro per person per night for stays up to ten consecutive overnights
In August the fee is 1,00 Euro per person per night for stays up to ten consecutive overnights - Children under 16 are exempt
- Final cleaning fee: € 50,00
- Electricity consumption over 200kw/h, extra charge of € 0,30 per kwatt/h
