Prices include:
- Rental of one or more apartments
- Water, gas and electricity (up to 200kw/h per week)
- Weekly linen change
- Air conditioning
- Parking space not assigned
Prices don’t include
- Security deposit € 200,00 to be paid upon arrival. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay less any deduction made for damage caused to the property.
- Tourist tax: from July to August tourist tax changes depending on the number of overnights and number of person:

- Children under 16 are exempt
- Final cleaning fee: € 50,00
